telegram advertising bot

I am looking for a developer to create a Telegram advertising bot that will promote my products or customers services.
i have different channels, with a lot of photoes, every 6 photoes there is a photo total white, and when someone ask me sponsor there, i replace manually all white photoes with their sponsor photo + text link
i want do this automatically
Or do like facebook, every time people see different ads in the channels
The bot should have both text and image-based ads to increase engagement and drive traffic to my website. I do not have a preferred programming language for the development. The ideal candidate will have experience in bot development and be able to deliver the project within the specified timeline. Skills in Python or JavaScript would be a plus.
