solve some problem on Django webapp

I have a Django application for a smart monitor and it has features such as face recognition, playing music with lyrics, and playing movies conditionally, which have problems that need to be fixed. Here is the list of problems:
1- change face recognition to something more stable and faster.
2- check video conditions in the admin panel and add "between" in time.
3- add hand motion tracking as a mouse(with webcam).
4- fix the Lyrics/music list page and buttons.
5- add a logout button somewhere in the setting for the user.
6- disable or hide [phone-birthdate-city] register page
7- change calendar to Persian (dashboard)
8- pop up for actions like mute and camera activation or deactivation.
9- Make the appearance more similar to the UI file.
10- change weather icons to new ones.
