soccer player stats scrape to excel

I need a tool/application to provide me continual extracting data from a soccer statistics site to required excel template.
I need extracting players statistics for every team within a soccer league (1 league - 1 excel file, 1 team - 1 excel sheet). Therefore, for England Premier League I need 1 excel file with 20 sheets, because that league have 20 teams. About 10 leagues are required, but would be the best to have as many as possible.
I would need to log in to that tool few times per week and download updates.
I have attached a word file with very detailed explanation and a lot of screenshots. Please take a look.
