snapchat username checker

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a Snapchat username checker with the following requirements:

Features:
- The username checker should only check for availability
- It should provide a list of available usernames
-the idea would be that I would have a massive file of millions of potential usernames, and when i request a specific amount of usernames, it checks through the big list and finds x amount of available usernames and gives them to me.
Customization:
- The project requires additional customization features

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of Python or another programming language
