small program to scrape job details for freelance jobs, upworks etc.

I'm looking for a program to scrape details of jobs from Upworks / Freelance jobs etc . My idea is I input the types of jobs I'm looking for and the software monitors the site and then sends me a link as the jobs are listed. I've looked at AI to produce this and it writes a code in Python. What I'm looking for is someone with Python experience to check it out and produce a front end to make it easy to input the criteria of the jobs This is a personal project so funds are limited.
