3 simple python scripts fix

You will need to work on 3 python scripts which is already somewhat ready you need to complete you need to fix it
1. The script is already reading data and inserting into mysql , but you need fix it if there is irregular data the scripts crashes , you neeed to catch the exceptions and keep it running
2. Billing script it will calculate electricty bill for clients based on logs and rates of off peak and on peak rates.
3. Read values from data_df = pd.DataFrame(data) and write the specific values to mysql
All these are simple tasks , which are partially done , you will need to tweak it and make it more stable
