send and receive data socket

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced developer to create a socket capable of sending and receiving data. The socket should be built in a desktop environment and use the TCP protocol with ESP8266 and STM32 microcontroller. I'm open to either Python, JavaScript or C++ to create the socket. I'm looking for someone who can create a secure, efficient and reliable data socket.
