script to monitor Teams log file and call rest endpoint

Hello I need a script created that will continuously monitor a specific log file as it is being written. There are about 7 static phrases to monitor for that, when detected, will fire off a HTTP GET command with basic authentication (no response to parse). The script is intended to run in the background and will be called at startup. I'd prefer something in python, powershell, or power automate but open to other suggestions. The rest endpoints are already configured, the log file is from Microsoft Teams. The intent is to fire off API commands to my home automation system when I join or leave Teams meetings to trigger LED indicators and such.
