screen scrap and collect data from a specific website on a rest api call

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with a personal project. I need to screen scrape and collect data from a specific website and I need to start screen scraping process on an event or a REST API call . Also after data is collected, I want the screen scraping process make an api call back to my backend system.
Specific requirements for this project include:
- Using Python programming language to perform the screen scraping and data collection
- Collecting specific fields of data from the website, as specified by me
- Trigger the data retrieve process from the website on a rest api call
- Make a REST api call after collecting all the data
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
