rewrite some html pages

I have around 10 html pages, all the pages need to be like a component, there is a main page, and user can navigate through the menu list, when user click on different item, the main page will switch components to show, and I need you to help me redesign it, and rewrite the html code, make it looks nice and pretty, you must be a frontend expert, and you need to know html, python(because backend is written by python), you may use any UI library or any tools, I need the forms on the page to be interactive, and more dynamic, skills required:
