require python developer to change error logging of paperless -ng

I need a developer who can help me in making some changes in a project at https://paperless-ng.readthedocs.io
The developer should have good understanding of python and dockers . The developer has to add a few variable to the log file.
At present the success message has only the file name, i want to add the file number assigned to it by paperless
similarly in case of duplicate file, i want to know the file number of the original file
during file add process using API , Processing status as Success or failure. i want to receive Failure message in case of failure. currently the JSON message does not return any failure message when we add files to it
