reorganize sailing plan (pivot to Excel-database)

I am looking to reorganize my existing sailing plan, which is currently laid out in the as "Samsølinjen - Principsejlplan 2025 - Udkast 3.0_25min.xlsx" attached Excel spreadsheet. Target is to achieve a new plan that is organized in a way that it show one tour per row as shown in the attached "2023-07-17_example_output.xlsx". The original plan is organized across several worksheets and shall be consolidated in a single one for further data analysis. The code shall preferably be written in python.
