read out website information and send notification

hello, I have a python script that checks the HOT UNI table on this website https://www.dextools.io/app/
Whenever there is a new token enters the table, I get a notification on my telegram bot.
Whenever there is a token leaving the table, I get a notification on my telegram bot.
Whenever there is new token on the 1st spot on the table, I get a notification on my telegram bot.
Also the script should read out the token contract on each coin. Its also on the website.
