read csv into pandas data frame and use python to answer questions

I am looking for a freelancer who can read a CSV file into a pandas data frame and use python to answer a few questions. The software I am looking to use is Python, and I do not wish to perform any pre-processing operations on my data. I simply need the data to be read as is. This project should be able to use the pandas library to answer the questions I have. I'd like to see some aggregations as well. The freelancer must be experienced in python coding, specifically pandas.
