quantum machine learning

I am looking for an experienced developer with a comprehensive understanding of quantum machine learning to assist me with developing algorithms. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Python as the preferred programming language. I am hoping to complete the project within 2 week or less. I need assistance with debugging some of my code around a quantum neural network. It seems like a dimensional or formatting issue.
