python selenium multi threading

looking for clean python code with handling properly exception using Queue to open driver on each thread and (this is the important part) it should not do driver quit once the task is finished but KEEP USING the same driver until job is completes (why ? because if you do driver quit and open a new driver for each task it is adding a lot of time) and I need this to be as fast as possible
