python script to search keyword on csv file

Hi,
i am attaching both my script and csv file. i am trying to count number of 200 and 5XX codes in this file.
but the output is wrong.
i want the output for counting 200 and 5xx codes to be into two different columns
1) column for 200 codes: count of 200 codes per minute
2) column for 5XX codes: count of 5XX codes per minute
can you please check?
