python script to let the view pane zoom and move over a whole city in google maps

I am looking for a Python script that will allow me to zoom in/out and move the view pane over a whole city in Google Maps. Here are the requirements for the project:
Functions:
- Zoom in/out: The script should have the capability to zoom in and out of the map.
- Move the view pane: The script should allow me to move the view pane to different areas of the city.
City:
- The script should be able to work with any city. It should not be limited to a specific city or multiple cities.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with Google Maps API or similar mapping libraries.
- Familiarity with zooming and panning functionality in mapping applications.
