python script to generate JWT RS256 Tokens

I am looking for a Python developer who can create a script that generates JWT RS256 Tokens for my authorization needs. I currently have an encoded base64 private key that needs to be decoded before use. The intended purpose of the generated tokens is for authorization purposes only. Additionally, I have a list of specific claims that I would like included in the JWT payload. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience with Python and JWT RS256 Tokens and base64 and also some of C# to be able to decode the private key.
