python script for trading

I need python script that interacts with 3 separate exchanges APIs and create orders based on the criteria. Deploy the script on gcp cloud functions, which will be used to POST messages. You will be creating multiple buy/sell orders based on the logic and variables defined to multiple exchanges, sending out an email alerts for all transactions as well errors. test and validate functionalities. Familiarity with ccxt library and trading experience is preferred.
