python script anlyzing phon numbers and extract the needed one in txt file

i have a simple job
i want to code a python script to extract the phone numbers series from the input.txt
there is a huge phones in the input.txt
and i just want the serire's phones that contiens from 100 numbers (00-99) in the last 2 digits
the numbers maybe sprated or random , byt anyway if the script count 100 from the series then it must extract 1 number from that series in the output.txt and for the phone's series's is less than 100 or not exactly a serie's from 00-99 it must ignore them
