python script to accept a file from post upload

Hello python experts,
I have a script that loads some libraries,
processes a *file* and returns a textual output.
I need this *file* to be dynamic and to be received from remote servers
with a POST upload,
so that I can use curl to send files to this script.
The script needs to run continuosly
(as a daemon / server)
and accept one file after another
(and return the textual output for each uploaded file)
Please use something simple, with no much overhead,
I suppose Flesk
as it needs to be as fast as possible.
Please bid only if you are sure that you are able to do this
and if you can do it in few hours.
