i have a dataset of about 500 million domains and I need an ai tool that will:

1. predict the page URLs from the domains based on an input query,
2. output the page URLs that matched the input query,

for example, ...

- if the dataset consists of abc.com and xyz.com and then i enter 'hate speech' in a form,
- i want the ai tool to check which of the domains have /hate, or /speech, or /hate-speech, or /speech-hate

is this doable and if yes, what'd be your budget and delivery?
