a python program for generating set of excel files -- 2

I am looking to develop a custom Python program that can generate a set of 10-14 Excel files. The program should be able to take the pre-existing Excel datasheet that I have and use it to create a set of files that can be read and manipulated as needed. Structure of the generated files should also be customizable, and they should have the capability to store and analyze data in any way needed. I have attached the requirements and the input/output file for your reference. Kindly go through them before bidding to avoid further problems for both of us. Also the outputs should follow the logic mentioned in the steps file but don't have to look exactly like the ones present in the input/output file presented. You are also free to generate each output in different excel files instead of sheets, whichever way you are comfortable.
