python machine learning

I am looking for a skilled python programmer to help me create a machine learning model using classification, a python list, and support vector machines (SVM). This model will analyze data that is provided in list form and find correlations using appropriate algorithms in order to make predictions. This project is ideal for someone with knowledge of both machine learning concepts and python programming. The deliverables include a fully functional model, preferably with an intuitive, user-friendly interface, along with all the source code used to create it. Other requirements include submitting all source documentation, testing the model through rigorous testing phases, and reporting results to the client.
