python implementation on modification in existing YOLO algorithm for object detection (Image processing and computer vision project)

camera will capture the video. then video to image conversion will take place. then object detection with distance calculation from camera should be displayed on captured image. using YOLO and modification of YOLO algorithm is required. existing YOLO should not be there.
