python: html frame report (5 stars)

Using Python: Task: create one html page with left frame and main viewing frame There is a list of html files in a folder; and they are being named in another document system “Confluence”. This list of files will be the menu items for the left frame; and viewable in the main frame. Many of the folders are being named 10.0-title-here and 100.0 title here.
