python how to use remotely visual studio code on azure cloud for ML

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with setting up and using remotely Visual Studio Code on Azure Cloud for machine learning purposes. This is a personal project for me, but one that I need a lot of help with since I am not very familiar with setting up code remotely. I do not need to setup access control for multiple users. However, I do require the code to connect to existing databases, as those databases will contain some of the data that I need to use for my machine learning projects. I am seeking a freelancer adept in coding and able to setup remote connections in order to set this up for me.
