python function to grap instagram reels and posts urls and thumbnails

I am looking for a Python function that can retrieve URLs, thumbnails, and captions from both Instagram reels and posts. The function should be able to handle errors and retry a certain number of times before returning an error message.
i want the function to use proxies not accounts , i plan to use it inside my project which is based on fastapi. , it should handle about 2-3M Requests per day.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
