python expert for anaconda pytorch torchvision yolo project

Hello,
i have a project in order to detect objects in live camera and save images and video of the events.
They working in python with anaconda pytorch torchvision right now.
We want to upgrade the algorithm in YOLO so we want a expert to do this.
All the work need to make remote with ssh.
I can do the training of the yolo (under your instructions) so you not have lost time for training etc.
