python expert & data analysis

I am in need of a Python expert to perform data visualization tasks for me. I would prefer the use of the Matplotlib library for this project. The dataset size is small, containing less than 1,000 records. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming, data visualization, and using the Matplotlib library. They should also be able to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results within the deadline.
