python django and mongo expert [long term]

Looking for long expert developer with python django and mongo skills to work on web based application and website; UI are made by designer. The developer will be responsible to create backend and integrate it with frontend.
The developer should have skills in
1. Webserver, SSL, URL Rewriting and HTTP Routing
2. CRUD MongoDB
3. Cashing Based on creating static files
4. Performance

Create a simple prototype that will read a record or document from mongo and generate an html page, basically document will have few fields
- Title
- Body
- Metatags
The prototype should be able to generate static pages when i type url like
http://domain.com/prototype/pizza
http://domain.com/prototype/waffle
http://domain.com/prototype/burger
Title will be title that is saved in the document and waffle or pizza shall be appended , whatever i add shall be appended. Basically i want to test your ability to read data from mongo and on url routing. It will be great if you can also show me basic cashing in thsi prototype, when i make first request then a static page is generated in \cache\ and the router will check if cache is availabe then it will send page from cache, else it will generate a static page in cache and then send the page to client browser. Willing to offer USD 40 for successful prototype but it must be completed in next 2-4 hours.
