python code for RS project

I am looking for a Python developer to manipulate a recommendation system for a physiotherapist-patient match project, which is 90% done. The ideal candidate should have experience in building recommendation systems and knowledge of Python programming language. The project involves matching physiotherapists with patients based on certain criteria I've already set. The code is mostly done, what I need is a supervisor and someone who can fix a couple of things. I'll provide the code once I speak with the candidates. Very simple job but still I need a little help.
