python code in azure/sql and also tableau visualizations

I need a plan and budget estimate to upgrade my predictive analytics to the Azure Machine Learning Suite and specifically the Python-library embedded within SQL stored procedures. I also want to interactively display results in Tableau both independently and integrated with the browser application.
