A python based application which will act as trading algo

I need someone who can be able to develop a code /application/software on python where my given all conditions should get fitted. This application should be able to trace the point where my conditions get satisfy and automatically can able initiate the trade in my broker portal and able exit as well based on my given condition. Back testing and paper trading is also placeholder which needs the accuracy of the software to be tasted... Just as delay in punching orders & exit.. Slippage.. Right entry and exit.
