Ultimately it's about taking any image and doing the following (with 100% python OR 3rrd party API)
1) remove the background (as best as possible)
2) darken and blur the background a bit
3) Person or people in the image turned brighter (see attached image)
4) have parameters in the code that can adjust the background effect and person/people effect
