I need your help in improving the speed of video rendering by this repository:

It generates a 10sec video via prompt, but right now the the video is generated in 10 minutes, which is too long for us. We need 2-3 minutes.
Please apply if you know how to speed it up.
Also, we need a developer who would be able to create a RESTful API out of this repository, so up to 10 concurrent API calls could be done (and not 1).
