[python] Code for futures trading bots on crypto exchange (ftx, bingbon, bittrex)

The user manipulates the bot via telegram, the bot executes according to:
- Set limit order, stop market, take profit market
- Change leverage on demand
- Buy coin at market price with a specified amount of USDT
- Sell market price
- The mark value of the symbol is updated from the floor to be saved in redis, for order entry and STL/TP . calculation
- Use webservice to get price to limit api calls a lot will be rate limit
