A prototype of Emergency Response System for Cyber Attacks in eVehicles

I am looking to develop a prototype for an Emergency Response System designed to guard against cyber attacks in eVehicles. The system should provide real-time monitoring and alert capabilities for basic phishing or malware attacks or some other attacks that might happen in eVehicles. The preferred programming language for the prototype will be Python. The system should also offer GPS tracking and location-based alerts, as well as the ability to remotely disable a vehicle if needed. This will create a more secure environment for eVehicle owners and users, providing them with the added safety and peace of mind they need.
