we want to establish bidirectional visible light communication system using python code and two raspberry pi 3..
Requirements:
- the code must be using python.
- the code must send and receive data (pic, video, text..) from RPi 1 to RPi 2 and the opposite way (bidirectional).
- comments required in the code to make it understandable.
