ML project

I am looking for a freelancer to help with a Machine Learning (ML) project using Python. The objective of the project is to use ML algorithm using regression techniques to optimise an analog circuit. I need to generate dataset to use for the project, and so this includes finding the appropriate methods to process the data and then apply the regression techniques.The project requires knowledge of ML techniques and Python for dealing with regression problems.
