Upload to the pilot Dropbox a text file called README
and a proj04.tgz file that includes all your AWS code and proj04Owens.tgz for
all code on owens.
"The tar zcvf proj04.tgz [files]" command MUST be done on AWS or -40 points!

At 4:45 in your AWS account, click on the "Start Lab"
