AI/ML program to run a raspberry Pi

I need a program to be written in Python that can use a 4K HD 360 camera running off a Raspberry Pi which can can scan it's surroundings up to a distance of 50 metre radius and actively look at the folliage and detect 1 type of plant and then work out the density level of that plant within that area and display that in a GUI
