Is it possible to develop an algorithm/application for the production of streaming series?

The specific algorithm would be fed with user preferences, that is, any and all social network information. Any computable data from a social media (Facebook, Instragram, Snapchat etc) would be food for the Application, thus developing a “future prediction” would actually be just pleasant probabilities based on the preference of its own users. So it would be possible to watch a series that “interacts” with you.
