person attribute recognition

I am looking for a freelancer to create an automated person attribute recognition system for me. Specifically, I want to recognize clothing style in people. I prefer to use OpenCV software and I have a dataset of images that can be used for training the model. The successful candidate should possess expertise in machine learning algorithms, image processing, and computer vision.
