odoo online implementation -- 3

This job is only suitable for people who know how to program Odoo, if you don't have a lot of experience in this field please don't bid, better to avoid problems later :)
We need an Odoo expert who can implement the following change in Odoo Online, - without the need to use Odoo.sh, nor any addon - as we use the online version with Odoo studio.
The work consists of:
1 We need to create a generic product that allows through its dimensions and material to define a price based on a price list.
For example, the generic product is: “graphics” being this 205x105 when we define that the material (custom fields on sales order when inserting the product) is vinyl, the price will be 800, but if we indicate that the material will be Foamboard, the price will be 1500 (this is connecting a price list to this variable).
we need a coding that allows the product description to show the measures and the material in the format: Printed vinyl (205 cm x105 cm), that is to say, material and measures (not using commas but the X sign, as it is expressed.
Please note that is not fixed attributes, we need custom fields.

2- We need to include the possibility of attaching a large image under each price section that occupies the width of the sheet. This image can be attached or left empty depending on whether we want to add information or not to the quote Please note that (this is not product thumbnails) we need a full width image to be able to appetñar or not under each section.
