odoo module

Hi there, i want to create a custom app in Odoo (perhaps studio), and if that works build a few more to create a complete solution.
Preferably working with an agency.

First step is creating a single module, to have a POC and see how communication is working.

Deliverable is:

An odoo module that i can import in my odoo account that allows me to manage planned maintenance for buildings.

So ability to add and manage building (assets)
add and manage components in a building such as elevator
add and manage jobs for components based on time (timehours, days, weeks, months years) or
based on odometer value (how many hours was elevator active)
add and manage odometers for components if applicable
add and manage value entry in various odometers

some dashboards, such as overview of jobs that are almost due, easy data entry so that we can update odometers value easily.

Just need a developer that can also design a bit.
