24h news robot (Python)

I am looking for someone to develop a 24-hour news robot that will provide real-time news updates on my website. The ideal candidate should have experience with real-time news updates and article summarization. The primary function of the news robot will be to provide real-time news updates. The news robot will be used on my website, so the ideal candidate should have experience with web development. The news robot will focus on Google News as the primary news source. The candidate should have experience working with Google News APIs.
The Robo Must run 24 hours a day on its own, demo site where the robot will work, recommended language and python!
