networking messaging protocol in python

Have to create a working protocol that is built on top of a UDP protocol that allows a client that
connects directly to another client to send and receive messages.
Looking for someone that can deal with packet requests, acknowledgements, message partitioning

RFC and half of the code is already provided, example is also available.
