need yolov5 model wieghts file for vehicle detection and counting(i have datasets)

I'm looking for an experienced programmer to create a YoloV5 model weights file for vehicle detection and counting. The programming language of choice is Python. I do not need additional features implemented, as I already have a fully trained dataset. All that is required is a proficient programmer to create the model weights file.
